In 2008, she was convicted of 1 count of promoting prostitution in the 3rd degree and served 4 months in Rikers Island, also forfeiting all of her assets.
Kristin Davis graduated high school as valedictorian at the age of 15. She continued on to college at St Mary’s College in San Francisco where she obtained a Bachelors in Business, Suma Cum Laude. Kristin started working in Hedge Funds at the age of 18 and was Controller of a multi Billion Dollar Fund by the age of 24. After becoming Vice President at 26, Kristin realized she had hit the glass ceiling. Kristin read about Eliot Spitzer making a round of arrests as Attorney General and the economics of the sex industry interested her and prompted her to open escort agency. Kristin ran the world’s most successful escort agency, employing over 120 girls, with locations in 5 cities and an overseas call center. In 2008, she was arrested in a sting of arrests associated with Former Governor Eliot Spitzer. Davis spent 4 months in Riker’s Island and eventually plead guilty to a Felony charge of promoting prostitution in the 3rd degree and forfeited all of her assets.

Davis ran for Governor of NY 2010 as a protest candidate on a Libertarian platform to highlight the inequities in our criminal justice system that allows the States Chief Executive Officer to commit a crime and go unpunished. She is a critic of Sexism in our Criminal Justice System and strong advocate of Marriage Equality and legalization and taxation of Marijuana, now running non-profit-HOPE HOUSE to combat sex trafficking and help women who are forced to a life of prostitution against their will. Kristin Davis is a member of the NY Libertarian Party and was Finance Chair of the Gary Johnson for President 2012 Campaign.
in 2013, Kristin secured the Libertarian nomination for NYC Comptroller. Shortly thereafter former Governor Eliot Spitzer jumped into the race against her. 2 weeks later Davis was arrested on prescription drug charges and dropped out of the race.
Davis pled guilty to the sale of prescription drugs and was sentenced to 24 months in Federal Prison on October 1, 2014. She self surrenders to Victorville, CA on January 2, 2015 to serve her sentence.
Kristin has done hundreds of media interview including being a regular on Sean Hannity, Red Eye, Cavuto. She has been featured by 20/20 where 8 million viewers tuned in. She has been on Anderson Cooper, Dr.Drew, Showbiz Tonight, MSNC, NBC Nightly News, WPIX Morning News and NY1. In 2011. Lifetime did a special on Kristin’s life and she made a cameo in the big screen feature film, Inside Job.
