EX-MADAM BLASTS LACK OF PATERSON CHARGES

Kristin Davis, Independent candidate for Governor and ex-Manhattan Madam who supplied escorts for Governor Eliot Spitzer today blasted the decision by Judge Judith Kaye not to charge Paterson for interfering with the victim in a battery case by calling the victim and ordering the State Police to intimidate the victim from testifying against her assailant, a top Paterson Aide.

"This is a another example of the political class breaking the law and abusing the public trust," said Davis. "As with Spitzer and Montserrat the well connected avoid punishment while the average person is prosecuted. These men abuse women and pay no price. It's outrageous".

"A week later the Governor gave his wife's employer a $287 Million dollar no bid contract," said Davis. "The law just applies to the poor, minorities and women."

Davis spent 4 months on Rikers Island after pleading guilty to promoting prostitution while her client, Spitzer went unpunished. Davis, a businesswoman, entrepreneur, feminist and libertarian is collecting 15,000 valid signatures to appear on the November ballot.

I am very moved by your honesty. Obviously, you are not trying to please the usual special interest groups. Moreover, if you continue to be very strictly legal, there is an infinite number of ways that I might compliment your talents. I probably live very close by. Here's the crux of the matter; the ENTIRE legal system is corrupt from one end to the other. There's NO obligation for us to allow ourselves to be made victims of the scam and fraud of it because we have no right to commit crimes against others. See how this works? Randy
